Additional Information
Note about Newly Poured Concrete
Newly poured concrete curb and gutter should not be driven on for 7 days. Residents in the 13th Avenue and Kimberly Lane areas are allowed to park on the street if needed during this time.
Reminder About Driveway Access
Property owners within the construction area will continue to have access to their driveways before 7 a.m. and at the end of each workday. However, there will be times when driveway access is temporarily restricted. When this occurs, affected homeowners will be notified in advance.
We encourage residents to plan ahead and limit trips to and from their properties during construction. Thank you for your continued patience as we work to complete this project safely and efficiently.
