 36th Avenue Rehabilitation Project Update
Phase 1 of the 36th Avenue Rehabilitation Project is underway. The roadway is closed from Zachary Lane/East Medicine Lake Boulevard to the east entrance of Robbinsdale Armstrong High School through mid-summer.

- Watermain spot repairs and retaining walls completed

- Storm sewer and private utility work continues
Nightly Bridge Closures Begin May 12
The Minnesota Department of Transit plans to close the 36th Avenue bridge over Highway 169 nightly from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Monday, May 12.

The City of Plymouth is improving roads, trails and utilities along 36th Avenue between Kilmer Lane and Zachary Lane/East Medicine Lake Blvd. Work will occur spring through fall 2025 in two phases:
