 Frick's Garden Reconstruction Project
This Week – Week of May 5
13th Avenue and Kimberly Lane: Installation of the watermain continues. Water services will be installed once the watermain work is completed.
Week of May 12
13th Avenue and Kimberly Lane: Installation of the storm and sanitary sewers will begin.
10th Avenue: Removal of the existing asphalt will take place, and the temporary water system will be set up.
-
Water shutdown expected on 10th Avenue: Residents can expect a 10-30 minute water service interruption while the temporary water system is connected to each home. A construction representative may need to enter homes to verify the connection is functioning correctly. Homeowners will be notified in advance of any connection work.
Access to Driveways
Property owners within the construction area will continue to have access to their driveways before 7 a.m. and at the end of each workday. However, there will be times when driveway access is temporarily restricted. When this occurs, affected homeowners will be notified in advance.
We encourage residents to plan ahead and limit trips to and from their properties during construction. Thank you for your continued patience as we work to complete this project safely and efficiently.
This timeline is subject to weather conditions. Updates will be provided approximately once a week moving forward.
For construction-related questions, residents can contact Dave Buganski, Plymouth’s construction representative, at dbuganski@plymouthmn.gov or 763-509-5530.
