 2025 Street Rehabilitation Project Update
Plymouth City Council adopted the special assessments and awarded the construction contract to Northwest Asphalt for the 2025 Street Rehabilitation Project at its April 22, 2025 meeting.
A final notification, which includes a special assessment invoice, has been mailed to all benefiting properties. If you have any questions regarding your assessments, please contact the City of Plymouth Finance Department at 763-509‐5333 or assessments@plymouthmn.gov.
Next Steps
Private utility companies are preparing to move their infrastructure for the upcoming road construction project. Utility vehicles will be in the neighborhood within the next few weeks.
Northwest Asphalt plans to begin their work in the Mission neighborhood and on 6th Avenue beginning the week of May 12. More details to come next week.
