 36th Avenue Rehabilitation Project Update
Phase 1 of the 36th Avenue Rehabilitation Project is underway. The roadway is closed from Zachary Lane/East Medicine Lake Boulevard to the east entrance of Robbinsdale Armstrong High School through mid-summer.
Local access is available via Wellington Lane (north-south crossing at 36th Avenue).
Private utility work continues from the east entrance of Robbinsdale Armstrong High School to Highway 169. This portion of 36th Avenue remains open to traffic.

This Week – Week of April 28
- Watermain spot repair (residents will receive notices prior to any water shutdowns)
- Retaining wall construction
- Driveway removals
- Private utility continues
Upcoming Work – Week of May 5
- Storm sewer installation will begin
- Private utility work and retaining wall installation will continue
