 Phase 1 of the 36th Avenue Rehabilitation Project begins April 21
Phase 1 of the 36th Avenue Rehabilitation Project begins Monday, April 21.
During this phase, 36th Avenue will be closed to through traffic from Zachary Lane to the east entrance of Robbinsdale Armstrong High School. The north-south crossing of Wellington Lane at 36th Avenue will remain open for local access.

Private utility relocations for Xcel Energy, CenterPoint Energy and others have started and will continue for the next couple of months.
