 Frick's Garden Reconstruction Project Update
Week of April 14
Tree removal for the entire project began April 14. Affected properties received a paper notice on their doors.
Temporary mailboxes for 13th Avenue and Kimberly Lane will be installed on 12th Avenue near Peony Lane toward the end of the week.
Week of April 21
Asphalt removal is set to begin the week of April 21 for 13th Avenue and Kimberly Lane.
Install of the temporary water system will begin on 13th Avenue and Kimberly Lane, and the watermain connection on County Road 101 will be completed.
Water outage expected: There will be a 6-8-hour window of water outage when the contractor makes the connection to County Road 101. Paper notices will be handed out with additional details and anticipated outage times for each property.
The contractor will need to shut down intersections while connecting the watermain to County Road 101, however, at least two of the four intersections will remain open to County Road 101 at all times.
