Frick's Garden Reconstruction Project Update

At the Feb. 25, 2025, City Council meeting, Council adopted the special assessments and awarded the contract to GMH Asphalt Corporation for the Frick's Garden Street Reconstruction Project. A Final Notification – Special Assessment Invoice has been mailed to all benefiting properties. Private utility companies are preparing to bring in their infrastructure for the upcoming road construction project. Utility vehicles will be in the neighborhood within the next few weeks.

Project staff and GMH Asphalt (the project contractor) will have a pre-construction meeting. An anticipated start date of construction will be shared when it is received from the contractor.
