 2025 Street Rehabilitation Project Update
On February 25, the City Council scheduled a Public Hearing for the 2025 Street Rehabiliation Project on April 22 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard. At this meeting, Council will consider ordering the improvement, adopting the assessments, and awarding the contract for the work related to the street project.
The City Council has adopted an assessment policy that assesses adjacent, benefitting property owners a portion of the cost of the improvement. A letter will be mailed to benefitting property owners prior to the Public Hearing with information about the hearing and the recommended assessment.
