 July 25 Construction Update
Xcel Energy will be relocating their facilities for the next two weeks.
Storm sewer installation at 36th Avenue will be finished this week. The contractor will construct the road base and curb and gutter between 35th Avenue and 36th Avenue. Curb removal will occur between 36th and 37th Avenue.
Week of July 29
Watermain improvements will occur near the intersection of 37th Avenue. Construction of the road base is anticipated from 36th Avenue to 37th Avenue. Concrete flat work (sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, and the roundabout apron) will begin near the 34th Avenue intersection (City Hall entrance). This work will proceed going northbound towards 35th Avenue. The contractor will begin constructing the road base between 36th and 37th Avenue.
All work referenced above is weather dependent.
