 Birchwood Estates Reconstruction Project Update
Please note, all dates are weather dependent and subject to change. See the phasing map in the May Construction Guide for phasing illustration.
Phase A1
The week of July 22, the contractor will start pouring the new curb. A notice with exact dates will be placed in your door once the timeline is better known. Newly poured curb takes 7 days to harden and should not be driven on during this time. Owners should park on the street and have cars out of the construction area during the working day. The contractor will be posting No Parking signs to indicate locations where parking is prohibited.
Phase A2
The week of July 22, the contractor plans to do utility work. Homeowners will have access to their driveways at the start and end of each day, but may not have access if the contractor is digging adjacent to your home.
