 July 17 Construction Update
Private utility companies will be relocating their facilities for the next two weeks.
Construction of storm sewer at the 36th Avenue intersection continued this week. The contractor will also begin installing storm sewer between Plymouth Blvd. and the pond behind Lifetime Fitness. Road base will be constructed between 34th Avenue (City Hall entrance) and 35th Avenue.
Week of July 22
Watermain improvements will occur near the intersection of 37th Avenue. Construction of the road base is anticipated from 36th Avenue to 37th Avenue. Concrete flat work (sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, and the roundabout apron) will begin near the 34th Avenue intersection (City Hall entrance).
All work referenced above is weather dependent.
