 Construction Update July 5 - All Timelines Are Weather Dependent

The city’s contractor has started saw cutting in preparation for spot curb removal and minor utility work the week of July 8.
Heritage/Medicine Lake Highlands
The contractor plans to do spot curb removal and minor utility work the week of July 8. Also, urgent utility work is needed for approximately a 250-foot section of both 37th Avenue and Rosewood Lane beginning July 8. The contractor plans to do the utility work on 37th Avenue first, then move to Rosewood Lane likely the week of July 15. Please use alternate routes to access your property while this utility work is in progress. Additionally, please note that all construction timelines are weather dependent and subject to delays.
The contractor plans on working Saturday July 13 to shorten the time utility work will impact residents.
Westridge Estates/Forster Preserve
The contractor has removed the pavement on 42nd Avenue and is working on construction of the trail and curb on Old Rockford Road between Larch Lane and French Park. Minor utility work and spot curb removal on 42nd Avenue is planned for the week of July 8.
Nathan Lane, Schmidt Lake Road, 45th Avenue, Hwy 169 Service Drive
The contractor is planning to pour new curb and begin removing pavement on Nathan Lane (between 45th Avenue and Schmidt Lake Road) the week of July 8. The contractor plans on working Saturday July 13 to remove the pavement on Nathan Lane (between 45th Avenue and Schmidt Lake Road.)
