 Birchwood Estates Reconstruction Project Update
Please note, all dates are weather dependent and subject to change. See the phasing map in the May Construction Guide for phasing illustration.
Phase A1
The contractor does not plan to work July 4-7. The week of July 8, the contractor plans to do utility work on Comstock Lane. Property owners will have driveway access before 7 a.m. and at the end of the construction day. If owners will need their vehicles during the day, they should park on a street that is not under construction.
