Construction Update June 21 - All Timelines Are Weather Dependent
Mapledell
Private utility work (CenterPoint, Xcel, Comcast, etc.) is nearly complete and should be finishing up the week of June 24. The city’s contractor for this project, Northwest Asphalt, is hoping to begin the minor utility work and spot curb removal the week of July 1.
Heritage/Medicine Lake Highlands
Private utility work continues. While the contractor's exact start day is still unknown, they will likely begin in July.
Westridge Estates/Forster Preserve
Private utility work is nearly complete. The contractor is working on construction of the trail and curb on Old Rockford Road between Larch Lane and French Park.
The contractor has also removed the pavement on 42nd Avenue. Minor utility work and spot curb removal on 42nd Avenue is planned for the week of June 24.
Nathan Lane, Schmidt Lake Road, 45th Avenue, Hwy 169 Service Drive
The contractor is planning overnight water valve replacements on June 25 and 26. Several businesses and apartments will be affected and will be without water service overnight. All affected properties will be notified in advance. The contractor also plans to being curb removals.
