The City of Plymouth kicks off its annual outdoor Farmers Market June 26. The market is open 2:30-6:30 p.m. each Wednesday through Oct. 2 at Parkers Lake Playfield, 15500 County Road 6.
A newsletter will be published each week that provides information about market happenings and offers recipes or health benefits about ingredients available at the market.
Detailed information about the market is available at plymouthmn.gov/farmersmarket.
Welcome back to the Plymouth Farmers Market. The market features new and returning vendors, offering a range of locally grown produce and prepared food – including fruits, vegetables, breads, coffee, honey, ice cream, sauces, flowers, and more.
A few market guidelines this year include:
- The Farmers Market begins promptly at 2:30 p.m. and no early purchases are allowed.
- Some vendors offer credit card payments, but shoppers should bring cash for those who do not.
- The market offers food support benefits for those who participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Shoppers can use their EBT cards at the City Market booth to purchase tokens, which can then be used to purchase eligible items from participating vendors.
- Animals are not allowed, with the exception of service dogs.
- Use of available handwashing station and hand sanitizer dispensers is encouraged.

A community table is available to charitable and nonprofit organizations for fundraising, promotional and educational purposes. To apply, call Recreation Supervisor Ann Mosack at 763-509-5214 or email amosack@plymouthmn.gov at least two weeks in advance of a desired date.
