 Birchwood Estates Reconstruction Project Update

Phase A1
All property water services have been transitioned to the temporary water system. The contractor plans to continue utility work in the north half of Phase A1 next week and, weather dependent, may finish by the middle of the week (June 24).
Utility work will begin on Comstock Lane while the contractor starts rebuilding the road in the north half of Phase A1. Road reconstruction consists of gravel work and the construction of concrete curb and gutter. Please note, concrete work takes 7 days to fully harden. Property owners will not have vehicle access to their driveways once the curb has been poured. Owners of properties with new concrete should park on the odd side of the street in an area that is not under construction.
