 Birchwood Estates Reconstruction Project Update
Phase A1
Removal of the road gravel and grass/topsoil is planned for June 17. Water shutoff is planned for June 18 so properties can be connected to the temporary water system. Road utility work is planned for the remainder of the week. Homeowners will have vehicle access to their driveways at the beginning and end of each day, but will not have access while utility work is being conducted.
Additionally, tree removal is planned for the Wayzata School District property easement, in preparation for the new storm sewer work.
