 Construction Update June 14
Phase 1A, 1B, and 2 – Kingsview Lane, Niagara Lane, and Gleason Lake Drive (between Vicksburg Lane and Niagara Lane)
The contractor is continuing work on minor punch list and warranty items in this area as needed.
Phase 3 - Gleason Lake Drive between Niagara Lane and Carlson Parkway
Sod is currently being installed. Once sodding is complete, the contractor plans to pave the final layer of road asphalt, possibly the week of June 17. Painting the road centerline will be planned for several days after the final layer of asphalt is placed.
