 Construction Update June 7
Phase 1A, 1B, and 2 – Kingsview Lane, Niagara Lane, and Gleason Lake Drive (between Vicksburg Lane and Niagara Lane)
The contractor is continuing work on minor punch list and warranty items in this area as needed.
Phase 3 - Gleason Lake Drive between Niagara Lane and Carlson Parkway
Sod is currently being installed. Additionally, some sections of the trail are being removed and replaced to correct some trail slope issues. These small sections will be closed over the weekend until the sub soil is dry enough to repave.
Paving the final layer of the road asphalt is planned as one of the final operations in the next 2-3 weeks. This will minimize the chance of damage to the road surface. Notification will be sent prior to final paving.
