 Construction Update May 31
Phase 1A, 1B, and 2 – Kingsview Lane, Niagara Lane, and Gleason Lake Drive (between Vicksburg Lane and Niagara Lane)
The contractor is continuing work on minor punch list and warranty items in this area as needed.
Phase 3 - Gleason Lake Drive between Niagara Lane and Carlson Parkway
Black dirt around the trail and boulevard was placed yesterday. Next week the contractor will be finish grading and begin sod installation.
Paving the final layer of the road asphalt is planned as one of the final operations in the next 2-3 weeks. This will minimize the chance of damage to the road surface. Notification will be sent prior to final paving.
