Birchwood Estates Reconstruction Project Update

The city’s contractor, Ryan Contracting, is scheduled to begin work in the neighborhood on Monday, June 10th. Construction activities will begin with tree removals in Phases A1, A2, and C (see the updated phasing map in the May Construction Guide) and installation of the temporary water system in Phase A1. Pavement removals and utility work will start the following week in Phase A1.
