Street Project Update

Construction Update May 23, 2024

Phase 1A, 1B, and 2 – Kingsview Lane, Niagara Lane, and Gleason Lake Drive (between Vicksburg Lane and Niagara Lane)
The contractor is continuing work on minor punch list and warranty items in this area as needed.

Phase 3 - Gleason Lake Drive between Niagara Lane and Carlson Parkway

Beginning Tuesday, May 28, the contractor will start preparing the disturbed areas to receive black dirt and sod. Paving the final layer of the road asphalt is planned as one of the final operations in the next few weeks. This will minimize the chance of damaging the road surface. Notification will be sent prior to final paving.
