Street Project Update

Construction Update May 17, 2024

Phase 1A, 1B, and 2 – Kingsview Lane, Niagara Lane, and Gleason Lake Drive (between Vicksburg Lane and Niagara Lane)
The contractor is continuing work on minor punch list and warranty items in this area as needed.

Phase 3 - Gleason Lake Drive between Niagara Lane and Carlson Parkway
The contractor finished paving the trail and driveways. The week of May 20, the contractor plans to start preparing the disturbed areas to receive sod. Paving the final layer of road asphalt is planned as one of the final operations, which will likely be after Memorial Day. This will help minimize the chance of damage to the road surface.
