Street Project Update

Construction Update May 10, 2024

Phase 1A, 1B, and 2 – Kingsview Lane, Niagara Lane, and Gleason Lake Drive (between Vicksburg Lane and Niagara Lane)
The contractor is continuing work on minor punch list and warranty items in this area as needed.

Phase 3 - Gleason Lake Drive between Niagara Lane and Carlson Parkway
The contractor finished concrete work and has begun to prepare the trail for paving. The week of May 13, the contractor plans to pave the trail along with any sections of driveways that need adjusting for the trail to be in compliance. Depending on weather, the contractor may start spreading black dirt as well.
