Street Project Update

Construction Update April 26, 2024

Phase 1A, 1B, and 2 – Kingsview Lane, Niagara Lane, and Gleason Lake Drive (between Vicksburg Lane and Niagara Lane)
The contractor will continue to complete minor punch list and warranty items in this area as needed.

Phase 3 - Gleason Lake Drive between Niagara Lane and Carlson Parkway
The week of April 29, the contractor plans to reestablish the road closure detour along Gleason Lake Drive. Gleason Lake Drive will be closed to “through traffic” but will remain open to residents directly connected to the project.
Weather dependent, the contractor plans to begin removing and preparing the soil for the new trail.
