Street Project Update

Construction Update April 11, 2024

Phase 1A, 1B, and 2 – Kingsview Lane, Niagara Lane, and Gleason Lake Drive (between Vicksburg Lane and Niagara Lane)
The contractor will continue to complete minor punch list and warranty items in this area as needed.

Phase 3 - Gleason Lake Drive between Niagara Lane and Carlson Parkway
The contractor plans to start preparing the soil surface for the new trail this spring.
