 Construction Update - December 4
The contractor has paused work on the Gleason Lake Drive (between Vicksburg Lane and Carlson Parkway) for the winter. Work is anticipated to resume in spring of 2024 along with weekly updates.
Phase 1A, 1B, and 2 – Kingsview Lane, Niagara Lane, and Gleason Lake Drive (between Vicksburg Lane and Niagara Lane)
The contractor will continue to complete minor punch list and warranty items in this area as needed.
Phase 3 - Gleason Lake Drive between Niagara Lane and Carlson Parkway
The trail, final asphalt layer, and final vegetation restoration will be completed in spring 2024.
