 Construction Update - November 9
The Gleason Lake Drive and Vicksburg Lane intersection opened to traffic on September 1. Minor items remain to be completed. Other intersections along the project corridor will periodically be closed to allow for construction activities. The contractor will maintain access to owners in the area, but delays should be anticipated during construction work.
Phase 1A, 1B, and 2 – Kingsview Lane & Gleason Lake Drive between Vicksburg Lane and Niagara Lane
The contractor is planning to put down the final layer of asphalt next week.
Phase 3 - Gleason Lake Drive between Niagara Lane and Carlson Parkway
The contractor is done with the curb and anticipates getting asphalt down on the road next week. The contractor is in the process of ramping driveways so residents can begin to have vehicle access again.
Additionally, the contractor anticipates to pour concrete driveway sections (for residents with concrete driveways) next week. Similar to the concrete curb, concrete driveways need time to cure/harden. Please do not drive on the new concrete for 7 days. You will be able to park on one side of the street in front of your home during non-construction hours.
