 Construction Update - October 20
Phase 2 (Nathan Lane, 56th Avenue, and Hwy 169 Service Drive north of 54th Avenue)
The contractor finished paving the final layer of asphalt this week and continued working on turf restoration behind the curb. Next week the contractor will install signage throughout Phase 2, and pavement striping will occur throughout the entire project area. The realigned intersection at 56th Avenue and Nathan Lane is now open to traffic again.
Access to businesses and residences in the Nathan Area is now open to traffic from both Schmidt Lake Road and Bass Lake Road. Brief delays should be anticipated during construction with work still occurring through the project area.
