 Construction Update August 4
Phase 2B update – 36th Avenue
The contractor installed storm sewer this week. Next week, the contractor will begin installing concrete curb and gutter, driveways, and sidewalks. At times traffic will not be able to get through 36th Avenue from Vicksburg Lane to Plymouth Blvd, but at least one driveway access to all businesses will remain open throughout construction.
Phase 2C update – 37th Avenue
The contractor continued pavement removals this week. Next week, the contractor will begin installing concrete curb and gutter, driveways, and sidewalks. The roadway will remain open to traffic, but delays should be anticipated as the road may be reduced to one lane with flaggers.
