 Construction Update June 23
The contractor installed curb and gutter on Gleason Lake Drive from Niagara Lane to Ranchview Lane. Excavation of the roadway on Niagara Lane is scheduled for next week. The contractor completed installation of water main on Gleason Lake Drive from Ranchview Lane to east of Vicksburg Lane, and is installing storm sewer with anticipated completion for next week. Excavation of the roadway will follow storm sewer installation.
Construction of the Vicksburg Lane and Gleason Lake Drive intersection is scheduled to start on Monday, June 26th. This work will require the intersection to be fully closed to traffic. Advance warning signs have already been posted and a detour route will be posted once the intersection is closed. During construction, access will be maintained for the local adjacent neighborhoods on Townes Road and Black Oakls Lane via Gleason Lake Road to the south, but access may change as construction progresses.
