 Construction Update - June 16
The contractor is scheduled to begin construction in Phase 1 (54th Avenue and Hwy 169 Service Drive from 54th Avenue to Schmidt Lake Road) on Monday, June 19th. Work will begin with spot curb removals and reclaiming (grinding up) the existing street pavement will occur later next week.
The Hwy 169 Service Drive will be closed at Schmidt Lake Road starting Monday, June 19th. Access to businesses and residences in the Nathan Area will remain open to traffic by using Bass Lake Road, but delays should be anticipated during construction with narrowed roadways and detours in and around the project area.
Storm sewer installation and water valve repairs in Phase 1 will begin during the week of June 26th.
