 Construction Update June 9
The contractor is finishing storm sewer installation this week on Gleason Lake Drive between Ranchview Lane and Niagara Lane. Next week the contractor will install watermain and water services on Niagara Lane. Later in the week, watermain work on Gleason Lake Drive east of Vicksburg Lane and up to Ranchview Lane is also set to begin.
On Monday, the contractor will begin removing some of the existing soils and start grading in Phase 1 on Gleason Lake Drive between Ranchview Lane and Niagara Lane.
Later next week or early the week of June 19, the contractor will install storm sewer from Gleason Lake Drive between Vicksburg Lane and Ranchview Lane to the pond south of Gleason Lake Drive. This process will involve trenchless installation
Gleason Lake Drive is closed to thru traffic between Vicksburg Lane and Carlson Parkway. Access will be maintained for resident and a signed detour route is posted.
