Construction Update - May 26

The contractor for Phase 2 of the Chankahda Trail Reconstruction project has removed the pavement on the roadway from Archer Lane to and including the Vicksburg Lane intersection. New storm sewer has also been installed in the Chankahda Trail/Vicksburg Lane intersection. Next week the contractor will start installation of utilities between the Vicksburg Lane intersection and Archer Lane. Preliminary work on the signal system at the Chankahda Trail/Vicksburg Lane intersection is also scheduled to begin next week.
