Plymouth Metrolink announces service changes effective May 30
Plymouth Metrolink announces transit service changes – including route adjustments, as well as additional Click-and-Ride service hours and an update about transfers – which are set to take place Tuesday, May 30.
The changes are based on feedback from riders and are aimed at improving efficiency across the transit system. The new route maps/schedules can be viewed at plymouthmn.gov/transit.
Park and Ride Changes
Beginning Tuesday, May 30, the Dunkirk Park and Ride at 3755 Dunkirk Lane N. will be closed, and two new park and ride locations will serve riders:
- Northwest Greenway Pavilion, 5250 Peony Lane
- Plymouth Ice Center, 3650 Plymouth Blvd.
The new locations were selected to better serve northwest Plymouth and Plymouth City Center. The existing park and ride locations – Station 73, Nathan Lane and St. Philip – will continue to serve riders.
Click-and-Ride Schedule
Plymouth Metrolink Click-and-Ride has adjusted the schedule to add additional operable service hours. The new schedule is as follows:
- Monday-Friday: 5 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Sunday: 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Reminder: Use Click-and-Ride for Connections
Riders are reminded that Plymouth Metrolink Click-and-Ride service may be used to and from any location in Plymouth, including park and rides. Click-and-Ride transfers work on all Metrolink express routes. Download the free app and learn more at plymouthmn.gov/clickandride.
