Absentee Ballots (Early Voting) Available
Residents who wish to vote early by absentee ballot can do so either in person, by ballot drop off or by mail.
The entire absentee balloting (early voting) process can be completed in person through Monday, Nov. 7 at Plymouth City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Blvd. To vote early in person, voters must fill out an application and will be issued a ballot on site.
