 Construction Update August 31
Beacon Heights 2nd Neighborhood
The contractor paved the initial layer of pavement on Frontage Road and Ives Lane last week. This week they have restored driveways in the same area. Turf restoration is anticipated for mid-September.
Hidden Lake Neighborhood
The contractor has completed installation of storm sewer, water main, and water main services in the neighborhood. They will be backfilling concrete curb and gutter for the remainder of the week. Roadway excavation is anticipated for Evergreen Lane and Forestview Lane after Labor Day.
