 Construction Update August 31
The contractor for the Vicksburg Lane project is working to complete final grading for the section of Vicksburg Lane from Rockford Road to Old Rockford Road. Paving of the initial layers of pavement for this section of roadway is scheduled for later this week. The contractor plans to open one lane of Vicksburg Lane in each direction to traffic from Rockford Road to Old Rockford Road by September 6th. All lanes of traffic are anticipated to be opened once work is completed later in September. Vicksburg Lane from 35th Avenue to Rockford Road will remain closed to traffic until work is completed later in September.
