 Construction Update July 19
Beacon Heights 2nd Neighborhood
The contractor will continue to grade disturbed areas behind the curb on Larch Lane. Sprinkler repair will follow once black dirt grading is done. Please contact Pavel Nikolov at pnikolov@plymouthmn.gov if you have sprinklers that were damaged by the project.
On Ives Lane, the contractor will continue to install water services and storm sewer through the week. Once the utilities are in the ground the contractor will start subsoil excavation.
Hidden Lake Neighborhood
Curb and gutter are being installed on Goldenrod Lane and Forestview Lane. Concrete driveways are scheduled to be poured tomorrow. Please do not drive over fresh concrete for 7 days. Once the curb has had a chance to harden the contractor will pave the roadway. Roadway pavement is tentatively scheduled for July 27th.
Reclamation of pavement on Evergreen Lane is tentatively scheduled for July 25th. Residents on Evergreen Lane will receive a Construction Guide in the next few days
