 Construction Update - June 17
The contractor is continuing to install water main in Phase 4 (Goldenrod Lane and Forestview Lane). Once installation of water main is complete the contractor will install water main services and storm sewer. The contractor is also working to complete installation of sand and gravel in Phase 1 (Larch Lane and Hidden Lake Circle) this week.
The contractor anticipates installing concrete curb and gutter in Phase 1 starting Monday, June 20th and continuing through mid-week. During installation of concrete curb and gutter residents will not have access to their driveways. Alternative parking is available on Ives Lane and the Highway 55 frontage road. After concrete curb and gutter is installed in front of properties residents will be able to park on the odd side of the street in front of their home during non-construction hours. The concrete curb and will require up to seven days to cure. Once cured, driveway access will be restored. A notice of installation of the concrete curb and gutter has been delivered to impacted residents.
The contractor anticipates grinding the pavement in Phase 2 (Highway 55 frontage road and Ives Lane) during the later part of next week.
