 Phase 1 Construction Update
The contractor continues to install gravel on County Road 47 from Brockton Lane to Troy Lane. Installation of concrete curb and gutter over this section is anticipated for the later part of next week. The contractor started work on Stage 2 of the project, which includes County Road 47 from Troy Lane to Peony Lane, and this section is now closed to traffic. A detour route consisting of Peony Lane, Highway 55, and Brockton Lane is posted. Access for neighborhoods adjacent to the north side of County Road 47 will be maintained via Troy Lane and Peony Lane. The contractor anticipates grinding the pavement on Stage 2 at the end of the week and start installation of storm sewer from Troy Lane to the entrance of Meadow Ridge Elementary next week.
