 Phase 1 Construction Update
The contractor for the County Road 47 project is currently installing storm sewer from Walnut Grove Lane to Troy Lane. Stage 2 of Phase 1 of the project, which includes County Road 47 from Troy Lane to Peony Lane, is anticipated to start in mid-June. As a result, County Road 47 will be closed to traffic from Brockton Lane to Peony Lane. A detour route consisting of Peony Lane, Highway 55, and Brockton Lane will be posted and is also available to view on the project webpage under Additional Information. Access for adjacent neighborhoods to the north of County Road 47 will be maintained via the intersection at Troy Lane. More information regarding work on this stage will be provided in future updates prior to the start of work. The contractor will also post signage providing advance notice of the closure.
