 Phase 1 Construction Update
The contractor is currently installing storm sewer, excavating the roadway, and installing sand and gravel that will support the new roadway on the portion of County Road 47 from Brockton Lane to Walnut Grove Lane. The excavation of a storm water filtration basin adjacent to Troy Lane is also underway. The contractor has recently completed installation of a water main connection with the City of Maple Grove. Private utility companies are relocating their facilities in the corridor.
