The City of Plymouth outdoor Farmers Market is open 2:30-6:30 p.m. each Wednesday through Oct. 6 at Parkers Lake Playfield, 15500 County Road 6.

Apple Chips
Ingredients:
- 2 Golden Delicious apples, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
- Arrange apples slices on a metal baking sheet.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl, and sprinkle over apple slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven until apples are dried and edges curl up – 45 minutes to 1 hour. Transfer apple chips, using a metal spatula, to a wire rack until cooled and crispy.

Reminders while at the market: Dogs are not allowed, with the exception of service dogs. The market begins promptly at 2:30 p.m. and no early purchases are allowed. Some vendors offer credit card payments, but please bring cash for those who do not.
Personal Shopper Program
The Personal Shopper Program returns and is available for those who wish to remain in their vehicle while visiting the market. Market staff will complete shopping lists and deliver items to customers waiting in their vehicles 3:30-5:30 p.m. on market days.
Please park at the designated parking spots across from the market entrance and call 763-290-9821 for a personal shopper. This number will only be answered during market hours.
