The 2020 Plymouth Farmers Market is held 2:30-6:30 p.m. every Wednesday, June 17 through Sept. 30 at the Parkers Lake Playfield, 15500 County Road 6, Plymouth.

Weekly Featured Recipe
 Classic Potato Salad
Makes 12 side-dish servings.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds red and/or yellow new potatoes, quartered
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery (2 stalks)
- 1/3 cup chopped onion (1 small)
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet or dill pickles or sweet or dill pickle relish
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
- Paprika (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan place potatoes, the 1/4 teaspoon salt, and enough water to cover. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until just tender. Drain well; cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, for dressing, in a large bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, the 1/2 teaspoon salt, and the pepper. Stir in the celery, onion and pickles. Add the potatoes and eggs. Toss lightly to coat. Cover and chill for at least 6 hours or up to 24 hours.
- To serve, if desired, line a salad bowl with lettuce leaves. Transfer the potato salad to the bowl. If desired, sprinkle with paprika.

The new personal shopper program will provide those at higher risk with access to the market. Market staff are available to complete shopping lists and deliver items to customers waiting in their vehicles 3:30-5:30 p.m.
Please park at the designated parking spots across from the market entrance and call 763-244-9642 for a personal shopper. This number will only be answered during market hours.
COVID-19 Reminders
This year's market has been modified due to COVID-19. The market has a designated entrance and exit and directional signage for customers to follow.
Market goers must wash their hands before entering the market – washing stations are available – and stay home if they are sick. Visitors are also recommended to wear a face covering and practice social distancing. Only one person per household should shop at the market.
