The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) will begin the
annual revision of its modeling guidance and forms this spring. At this time,
we would like to hear your thoughts and experiences on the existing guidance
and forms, as well as any suggestions you have to update or improve existing
modeling practices and program features. We will be collecting your comments
through the end of March. We anticipate having a draft version of the updated
MPCA Modeling Guidance and Forms available for public review and comment in
early June. The existing Guidance and forms can be found on the MPCA’s air quality dispersion modeling
webpage. As you
review the documents, please consider the following:
-
What has worked well?
-
What has not worked well?
-
What would you change?
Please feel free to contact any of our modeling staff with
questions. You may provide your comments to us at Airmodeling.pca@state.mn.us
Thank you for your time and expertise!
