The MPCA will publish a revised
public notice for the Draft/Proposed Part 70 General Permit for Low-Emitting Facilities
on December 23, 2014. The general permit is targeted toward facilities which
have low actual emissions, high potential emissions, and which have constructed
and operated prior to getting an air emissions permit.
Public Notice
The public notice for the
general permit was initially published in the State Register on December 15,
2014. Due to an error in that public notice, the MPCA will submit a revised
public notice to be published in the State Register on December 22, 2014. The
public notice period will commence December 23, 2014. A copy of the
Draft/Proposed General Permit for Low-Emitting Facilities and Technical Support
Document (TSD) will be available on the MCPA’s public notice website on December 23,
2014. Permit application forms and instructions, including eligibility
requirements, will be posted to the MPCA website by mid-January 2015. We apologize
for any confusion this may have caused.
