Due to the shutdown of state government services on July 1, 2011, the MPCA will be closed except for critical services deemed essential by a Ramsey County court order issued on June 29, 2011.  Please continue to report all environmental emergencies and contamination to the Minnesota State Duty Officer at 1-800-422-0798.  MPCA staff will follow up with you as soon as the state budget issue has been resolved.
