The MPCA Brownfield Program (Voluntary Investigation and Cleanup Program and Petroleum Brownfields Program) has updated our Response Action Plan (RAP) guidance. The new RAP guidance can be found on our webpage: http://www.pca.state.mn.us/u98u4qc (click on the “Guidance for brownfield redevelopment projects” tab).
